Bio:

Honglei Wu, Ph.D of Structural Engineering of Tongji University, National First-class Registered Structural Engineer of China, Royal Registered Structural Engineer of UK, is now working as the Vice Chief Engineer and the director of the Research Management Department in Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd, and the part-time master's supervisor at Tongji University.

He is mainly engaged in research, design and consulting of complex structures such as super high-rise structure, complex high-rise structure, seismic mitigation and isolation structure, prefabricated structure. As the lead discipline engineer or main designer, he has completed designing more than 80 major engineering projects, and his main representative works include Shanghai Tower, Zhengzhou Green Central Plaza, East Shanghai Museum, Xi'an Silk Road International Conference Center.

He won the First Prize of Shanghai Technology Invention Award, the First Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, the Special Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Architectural Society of China, the Supreme Award of Structural Engineering Excellence of the Institution of Structural Engineers, the First Prize of Excellent Architectural Structure Design Award of the Architectural Society of China, the 13th Shanghai Outstanding Young Talent, Shanghai Youth Job Expert, Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Talent and other awards and honors. He published more than 80 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals and academic conferences, and he published 5 books.
